                But that was in the past, which can not be changed, unless there is a re-baseline.

                Or we can reduce the cost of the future tasks, to burn the positive CV off?

At some point you should be prepared to answer whether we should change
P6 to "recover" these funds (ie. give them back to contingency).  The CV
for SBU is ~ +$300k, so a considerable sum.
