Hello,

We believe this is now working. XRootD access to Faxbox will need to now be
authenticated via X509.

If you have a valid usercert and userkey pair in your ~/.globus directory,
this should happen automatically when you xrdcp, assuming XRootD has been set
up from ALRB.
