We are ready to begin editing the pfRICH CDR for submission to JINST. The editing-enabled link to the Overleaf is here (please let me know if there is any trouble accessing the project):

Currently, the project is a 1-to-1 copy of the CDR (modulo the reformatted title page) with text and figures for each section stored in their respective directories in ‘master’. On the top level, you will find a file called ‘modifications.txt’ that contains an initial list of things which need to be modified to prepare the document for publication, along with the names of those who should spearhead each change and some instructions. We ask that everyone look through this file and if you see your name, make the modifications stated in the manner you see fit. If there are multiple people listed, please coordinate amongst yourselves on how to make the modifications. If you have any questions, don’t think a request for change is appropriate, or you feel there should be a change which is not listed, please contact Brian (bpage AT bnl.gov).

 

If your name does not appear, but you contributed some text to the CDR, we ask that you read through your contribution to confirm there are no errors and what is written is up to date.

 

As we would like to have the manuscript in place by ~July, we ask that everyone begin their edits (especially those which may take some time/iteration) as soon as possible.
