  Dear All,

  We will need to provide pfRICH PID smearing (mis-identification) matrices for the upcoming MC productions, on a time scale of a few weeks, based on our standalone simulations. Part of the machinery to do this exists already, part will need to be adjusted to the yet to be defined output format. However the input data (track-level Cherenkov angle resolution for various particle hypotheses in bins of momentum, eta, and potentially phi) will need to be created anyway.

  Are there volunteers to work on this? Ideally we need more than one person, to share the task. Chandra, Jaydeep and myself can explain the technicalities. Can be a very reasonable starting point for those who wanted to participate in the simulations.
