Just a comment on the job posting:
It's nice and reads like you want an experienced person. Great! But then the final sentence says it's a two-year term position. There is no mention of "with possibility of extension
subject to blah blah". Maybe there is no long term perspective (really?) but if there is then I think it should be explicitly mentioned in the posting. Asking a first post-doc to relocate for a two year position is maybe fine, asking someone with more experience
(and more concerns, maybe a partner, a family)... less obvious, and potentially more of an issue for women than men if we want to consider our approach to diversity.
