Hi Paul,
I was sensitive to that point (I knew you'd be on the lookout for it, and rightly so :-) This is why it contains
"an interest in scientific software development as a potential career path"
and
"The position will have an initial 2 year term, potentially extendable as funding permits."

I hesitate to add the 'excellent track record' point only because we are not necessarily fully in control of this one. The physics half could end up in Omega, and then it is 50% CSI, a total wildcard.
