I have a few comments, see below.

Slide 4
 a good part of the milestones / deadlines are in the past already or 
imminent.
 It would be good to point this out on the slide or color code this somehow 
if the task has actually be completed.

Slide 7 
 Do we have occupancy plots for the TPC as well?

Slide 8
 Maybe mark a bit better that this refers to the micromegas only the layer 
55+ 56 label may not be obvious to everybody.
