Dear All,

As a part of LRP campaign, a group of people from both STAR and (s)PHENIX has accomplished the WP draft for RHIC Cold QCD program, see attached. (s)PHENIX was represented by Ralf, Sanghwa and Sasha B. The document is planned to be sent to the LRP writing committee.
We'll be happy to get any suggestions/concerns you may have on the draft, before Jan 23.
