1.      Yesterday, Sonny Dimaiuta finished electrical/hypot tests and connected the voltage tap cables down to the lower platform.  It’s the job of
Carl/Fred Orsatti need to connect from there to their Rack.   I show Fred whether the voltage-tap cables were in 922 and also from where to where that he
needs to pull the cables in 912.   He apparently took the voltage-tap cables to 912 since then.

2.      Ray Ceruti can close up the doghouse as soon as Richard Meier and Paul Giannotti/Frank Toldo declare that their connections are good.   Richard Meier (Cryo)
is busy with connecting the signals to control the valves and I urged Tom Tallerico to get Richard to do the doghouse connections as soon as possible.  Paul Giannotti
promised in the meeting that his strain gauge connections can be done by tomorrow

3.      Cryo group is supposed to do the pressure test this week.  But it looks like they’ll probably do the pressure test next Monday.  Richard Meier also needs to connect and check out all the cryo connections.

4.      Frank Toldo basically finishes terminating the 535 MCM cables this week for dump resistors and power supplies.   He’s going to make connections at the doghouse.

5.      Jon Hock needs to finish his preparation, ask Carter to install magnetic probes, install his linear pots (2) and close the end-walls.  Jon now expects that he finish all these
“next week”.

6.       P. Rosas needs to do his interlock tests. (etc.) after he connects his signals between his small rack and dump resistor/power supply.

7.      Carl and Zeynep have finished the majority of their test and have agreed to move the rack to 912 tomorrow (Nov. 9).  There is a PLL issue that they need to solve. Once the rack moved to 912, we need to connect power and network, and then Carl/Zeynep can work on the overall integration and noise etc.

8.      This morning, I asked Peter Cirnigliaro to try to schedule the safety walkthrough (as one of the ASSRC check-off items).  Nobody in today’s meeting objected to this date for the safety walkthrough.   Peter is checking with Deepak about this date and I haven’t heard from Peter yet.

9.      We need to barrier those leads at the Valvebox, dump resistor and power supply.   Ed O’Brien volunteered Mike Lenz (in PHENIX/PHYSICS) to help do this job.
I’ve informed Dave about this and Paul Giannotti is going to contact Dave to get those “micarta” that Dave has bought for this purpose.
