Commissioning and running of sPHENIX

Hi,

For those with STAR access card, if you want to get access to sPHENIX 
IR, you have to go to the C-AD Access Control group

(after getting approval from C-ADTrainingGroup AT bnl.gov) to get a new 
Access Card.

It used to be that you have to carry two cards.  But from today onwards, 
they can give you a new (pink) Access Card that

would work for both experiments.  Nevertheless, you still have to go to 
get a new Access Card.  ( They can't just do something

in the database for your old card to let you go into sPHENIX IR. )
