Dear Gavin,
 The current version is a good start. Please include the following 
comments to produce a next version.

I think the part about v_2 and v_3 is a digression and dilutes the 
impact of your abstract. You can mention about v_2 on line 8 but I 
suggest you remove it from title and rest of the abstract. This way you 
can present a much sharper abstract.

line 6:
remove "at the center of"

line 8:
I don't think I understand this line:
"Finite elliptic flow (v2) could affect global spin alignment by pushing 
more particles toward the in-plane direction; therefore, a precise 
measurement on centrality and transverse momentum (pT) dependent v2 will 
help to remove any potential bias in the measurements."

Can you please explain why we need to mention this in the abstract?

line 11:
"The Beam Energy Scan II (BES-II)" --> " The Beam Energy Scan II 
(BES-II) program"

line 13:
"greater  statistics  for  these  collisions  at" --> "higher statistics 
data set for Au+Au collisions at √s_{NN}=19.6 GeV"
