Dear Subhash,

Many thanks for your suggestions and sign-off, I’ve implemented your suggestions into the proceedings accordingly.
Please find the updated version here:

Thanks and best regards,

Dear Li-Ke,

Thanks for the updated version and considering our suggestions. I have a few additional ones. I sign off once these are addressed.

line 31: Hence, the anisotropic ... information on the ...
line 32: You could rephrase like: A hint of smaller v2 for \phi mesons compared to charged particles is observed for BES-I Au+Au collisions at sNN = 7.7 and 11.5 GeV.
line 36: 19.6 and 14.6 GeV.
line 41: Time Projection Chamber (TPC), then line 46 can be simply "TPC"
line 42: ... along the radial direction, Vr, is selected to be smaller than
remove "at these two energies"
line 46: At intermediate and high transverse momenta ...
line 50: by varying the above analysis cuts.
You could add a few more sentence after this, like typical systematic errors or dominant source of systematic errors etc.
line 53: mid-central (10-40%) Au+Au collisions
line 58: is grouped ..
line 60: 0-30% and 30-70% Au+Au ...
line 63: fluctuations are the dominant ...
line 74: ... in finer centrality bins is underway ...
line 80: ... anti-particles held better than particles ...
line 104: (STAR Collaboration), remove "1301.2348"

Thanks and regards,
Subhash

Hi Li-Ke,
Here are my minor comments on your nice proceedings.
General: You need an extra space between the words and the
reference. So please check and change as follows: "ABCD[]" --> :ABCD
[]". Change "high energy" -->"high-energy" everywhere. Try to write
"\sqrt{s_{_{NN}}}=19.6 GeV" instead to just "19.6 GeV".
line 7-8: "in BES-II 19.6 GeV and 14.6 GeV at STAR," -->"in 19.6 GeV
and 14.6 GeV Au+Au collisions, from STAR"
line 10: "flow has been built up" --> "flow is built up"
line 17: "has been built-up" --> "is created in high-energy heavy
ion collisions"
line 18: "into the QGP" --> "to the QGP"
1ine 19: "at finite baryon" --> "at a finite baryon"
line 23: "energy coverage" --> "the energy range of the BES program
is"
I think it's better to revise the sentence as follows: "With the BES
program, RHIC collisions can cover an energy range of 3.0-200 GeV
that provides the lever-arm to vary the baryon chemical potential
over the range of XX-YY"
net baryon chemical potential --> baryon chemical potential.
line 26: "plane, often referred to" --> "plane is referred to"
line 32: Remove "primarily" and change "from the early stages" -->
"of the early stages"
line 36: add "we apply criteria such as" before "p_t>0.2 GeV/c"
line 45: "The K_S^0, \Lambda,..." --> "The strange hadrons such as
K_S^0, \Lambda,..."
line 46: "\phi mesons" --> "The \phi mesons"
line 51: "identified particles" --> "the identified particles"
line 59: "Unlike v_2 strongly relies on centrality, there is a weak
centrality" --> "Unlike v_2, there is a weak centrality"
(remove: strongly relies on centrality)
line 61: "fluctuation" --> "fluctuations"
Fig.3 caption: "nq" --> "n_q"
line 63: Define "NCQ"
line 66: "degree of freedom" --> "degrees of freedom"
line 70: "\phi mesons v_2" --> "\phi meson v_2"
line 77: "of anti-particles is better than particle" --> "of
anti-particles is held better than particles"
line 80: "a large coverage of baryon chemical potential" --> (START
a NEW SENTENCE) "Such datasets will help scan the QCD phase diagram
over a wide range of baryon chemical potential"
"line 83: "EoS of produced QCD matter" --> "EoS of the produced QCD
matter"
Best,
Prithwish
