Hi Felix,

Back in March I assembled a document about service requirements.
You can find it on

(version 2.1) It also has drawings of the 'old' patch panels for IST.

I believe Rahul has determined where the patch-pnanels and cooling 
manifolds had to be mounted on the TPC wheel.

It is not clear to me that we can get away with just one cable length. 
The FST setup is not so nice and symmetric as IST. The disk are at 
different positions, and half the cables starts out from each module in 
the wrong direction nad will have to turn around.
