Thanks for the organizing the review. Since the review will take place in slightly less than 2 weeks from now, I propose that we devote the next week’s FST meeting to the preparation and discussion for the review. I would like to suggest everyone to make their first version of the slides before the meeting, and we try to go through them quickly at the meeting and clarify anything that is unclear for the review (what the charge is, what we should and should not include in the presentation), and what other materials we should provide to the reviewers.
