That's a good point! If I have some time, I'll experiment with some other ways of representing this, but -- given the late hour -- I may not have the time...

In my implementation, I left out "first" because I don't think that's quite true... As has been pointed out, STAR has observed medium-induced broadening before (c.f. Alice Ohlson's jet-hadron correlations).

I think you could change your title:

How about
"Measurement of semi-inclusive pi0+jet and gamma+jet in p+p collisions

Or similar to this
(Because your p+p analysis is important for drawing conclusion that you 
show on your last slide; and you can make a link from your title
And people can wait until your last slide to know what is that impact)

Slide#2:
"Direct photon constrains kinematics of recoil jet" It is not clear; can 
you please elaborate or paraphrase?

Slide#3
Please mention what are these E_cluster, e_i, and r_i in this TSP 
formula?
Similarly, define all terms in direct photon yield formula below.
(People may be interested to know)

"E_cluster" -> "cluster" should be roman as it is a label and has no 
value.

Cosmetic suggestion: using these colorful cones at the bottom may 
confuse people as it may indicate also jet cone. So you need to use a

Slide#4

k_T -> make "T" roman style
"- With R = 0.2, 0.5" -> you can add this with upper sentence and remove 
"-" (Better reading in one go)
"UE effects small in 𝑝+ 𝑝" -> "Negligible effect of UE in p+p"

It would be better to add one sentence mentioning difference between 
Pt^reco, Pt^raw, and Pt^ch (which is x-axis in the upper plots). I 
understand this is difficult in limited space, for audience it is 
probably good to add.

SLide#5
"Different q/g fractions, path length distribution" -> I would prefer to 
drop this. Only upper bullet is Ok (" pi0 and gamma +jet iAA consistent" 
as you mentioned)

"…due to jet shape in vacuum"  -> "… due to vacuum parton shower "

"Au+Au suppressed relative to 𝑝+𝑝" -> "R^0.2/0.5 in Au+Au less than that 
in p+p collisions"
"Observation of medium-induced intra-jet broadening" -> "First 
observation of medium-induced intra-jet broadening in heavy-ion 
collisions"
