I would prefer to keep this as is if possible. I worry that the possessive phrasing “their” implies a stronger connection between AuAu and pp than actually exists. I assume this comment is meant to highlight the corresponding energy between the two sets so maybe I would propose “to the corresponding p+p baseline” if you believe it must be changed. However, I think as it stands the context provides this information.

I introduced the shorthand p_{T} on line 2. Is it necessary to write it out in full every time?

L15: to search for  possible impacts of jet-medium interactions. ->  to
