Dear Nihar and Yi,
Thank you for your nice comments. I've implemented all of them. *the Npar or centrality scaling, we will focus on the pT spectra and collectivity, and with a weak conclusion with current precision "At the same centrality, D0 seems to behave similarly in isobar and Au+Au collisions, while light hadrons do not".

Dear Yuan,

Thanks a lot for the updated version. It looks very good and I have some very minor comments for your consideration. 
 - p3: right plot, is it possible to add "STAR" next to D^0, just use ppt to add it. The red square has "ALICE", but no "STAR" for black circles, it is a bit strange. 
 - p4: Isobar --> isobar
 - p11: add "Neil's poster information" on this slide as well
 
* I saw you removed all the discussion about the Npar or centrality scaling, it is okay to me, but just want to make sure that you accidentally delete them since you did show something on p4.

Slide 6: The mixed event method can well reproduce the combinatorial background —> The mixed event method can reproduce the combinatorial background well.

Slide 10: Isobar —> isobar
Slide 10: Significant D0 Raa suppression —> Significant D0 yield suppression (RAA is a ratio, it shows suppression of yield)

on slide 10: "Theoretical models that include collisional energy loss are consistent with observed suppression" 
I would say "model", as we have one prediction. And in fact at the range that you're showing now we expect the radiative energy loss to play a role.
So I would say:
Theoretical model that include collisional and radiative energy loss are consistent with observed suppression.
