Hello Qian,

Thank you for implementing some of my comments.

I have a follow up comment that I find you have not addressed.

_ J/ψ can be polarized by… -> in the spin alignment context better to
say "J/ψ spin aligns in the direction of global angular momentum due
to spin-orbital coupling"
Better avoid mixing "J/psi polarization" and "J/psi spin alignment" in the text.

I find you keep the same "J/ψ can be polarized by the spin-orbit coupling " (L14).
My suggestion was not to mix "polarized" in the context of "the spin-orbit coupling"; they are two physics topics and we need to make sure they should not be mixed in the text.
Better to use "aligned" like spin is aligned.

Let me know if you have a strong reason for it.

Best
Nihar

Hello Nihar,
Thanks for your carefully reading and suggestions.
I keep "Ru +Ru and Zr+Zr" in the title. It would be more friendly to
those people not from STAR experiment to know the collision system
directly.
Other than that I have implemented all your suggestions in the new
version (v2).

Thanks
Qian Yang

Hello Qian,

Please find my comments on your abstract.

Title: You can shorten a bit.
"Measurements of J/ψ polarization and global spin alignment in Ru+Ru
and Zr+Zr collisions at √sNN = 200 GeV from STAR experiment" ->
"Measurements of J/ψ polarization and global spin alignment in isobar
collisions at √sNN = 200 GeV by STAR"

"J/psi" has been used many instances in this abstract. Please avoid.

L9: "…suppression of J/ψ and zero J/ψ v2 …" -> suppression of J/ψ and
its zero second order flow coefficient ...

L12: "Beside J/ψ nulcear modification factor and J/ψ azimuthal
anisotropy observable, the J/ψ polarization…" -> "Besides, the J/ψ
polarization could provide additional information about the QGP
properties and its production mechanism in heavy-ion collisions.
[No need to repeat again, already mentioned in previous sentence; and
"a new degree of study" doesn't sound good]

L14-18: "it has been hypothesized…in early stage. -> This entire
sentence sounds complicated. Can you please split it?
Suggestion:
_ hypothesized -> predicted
_ J/ψ can be polarized by… -> in the spin alignment context better to
say "J/ψ spin aligns in the direction of global angular momentum due
to spin-orbital coupling"
Better avoid mixing "J/psi polarization" and "J/psi spin alignment" in the text.

L22: will be present -> are reported
