Thanks a lot for the nice proceedings and sorry for the late reply. 
I have some minor comments for your consideration. 
 - General: It would be nice to have a part briefly introducing STAR, like 
TPC, around Section II...
 - L49: reference for DGLAP equation?
 - L54: Please define R_CP first. 
 - L57: It would be nice to have a conclusion on the model comparison.
