HI Chenliang and Ben:

I checked the fast-offline QA plots for the three runs you flagged on

Friday (22122004, 22123004, 22124003) with anomalous mean eta, phi

but do not see anything unusual which might account for these small,

but significant shifts. Apparently whatever is causing these shifts is too

subtle for the QA shift histograms to reveal.
