Hi

I promised a follow up on the sector 24.4 issue.
It seems for the run period 142077 - 14500 5where the 24.4 (itpc) has 
auto-reboot, that all runs
with reboots even a single one that the response within the fees of the 
rdo is suspicious. The attached table shows the result of my checking 
log messages, and the QA plots for clusters (online as well as some 
individual).
For runs w/o auto reboot the QA plots looks fine.

My recommendation will be that the RDO 24-4 get marked as bad in the DB 
and that the tracking code gets updated to be able to handle masked out 
RDOs' I know we talked about that.
Otherwise all the bad 24.4 response runs should be marked as bad.
