Hi All:

I updated the Fast Offline QA report for last Friday's meeting, May 14,
for the record, to note the range of runs for TPC sector outages 20-3
and 8-2 as well as the range of runs where fast-offline shows a large
shift in the primary vertex positions as noted by Kaifeng.

Hi Ben,

thanks for the careful study. I looked at a couple of features around
the run after the tuning runs.
One thins that is , far out possible, is that these runs are usually
also laser runs so maybe some timing to the
DB. At least it would be worthwhile to reconstruction one of these runs
completely from fresh
