STAR task force for tuning PYTHIA

Given that there is an update to Professor, we might want to get the newer 
version. But if we can get professor installed I would support getting it 
setup on our STAR ecosystem. Especially given that there are recent 
publications where other collaborations have used this to make their own 
tunes.
