Thanks Mike!

I had a cut-and-paste error for the Muon and LAr dates. That's been corrected
now.

I took the Trigger numbers from the version of the PEP posted in docdb.
Elliot told me that these were still the best numbers to use - but perhaps he
was referring to what was sent recently to you. I've changed the spreadsheet
accordingly.

Also - Elliot sent me some physics costs of the HTT reduction, which I've
incorporated into the Impact column. (Thanks Elliot!).

I'm still waiting for input from Muons on this. Once I get that I'll upload
the spreadsheet to docdb.
