Some comments:
* The repetitive title in the slides ("Answers to Sept 11 Questions") should
be changed to be, for example, the Question number, or for those that refer
to the same question then also add clarification, e.g slide 3 title "Question
3 - LAr", slide 4 "Question 3 - Tile" etc. As is doesn't add any info.
* Q3-LAr: for the 4th risk it says "Similar to above, but for lpGBT, VL+" ...
not quite sure what is meant, I assume means up to 12 month delay, but does
the mitigation which has explicit count for the number of iterations apply? I
would just repeat what you want here, if identical to above just copy it
again just so it is clear
* Q3-Tile: Reasonable responses for all -> Reasonable risk responses for all
*Q3-Trigger: maybe could add a bit more about what the risk is since the
title may in some cases be too cryptic?
*Q4: I took this to mean a list of what remains to be done for ALL systems,
and then pick the few things that are most concerning. Here we just list 2
examples (the ones that most concern)? Also the plan B for the muon sMDT
seems weak "but hoping to catch up before April" what is the plan for that
catch up, longer shifts? Something else. Seems to vague as is. For te HTT
plan B doesn't seem very crisp - I think it says we are behind, but there is
poof of principle boards can be built, but doesn't seem to address the
timescale problem, i.e. you are confident they can be built, but why are you
confident they can be built in time for the Fall?
*Q5: the legend is too small add a lager one on top of it or on the pie
slices themselves
*Q7: It could have a more direct answer, such as "The only risk being carried
forward is the V3 radiation tolerance" (if that is the case), then the
explanation of why it may not be such a large risk based on earlier versions
*Q8: If Q12 is the answer, then besides saying that I would copy the answer
here again. So as not to make the reviwers flip forward for the answer.
* Q9: I think the NSF position is uncertain (Mark C seems to have different
views from Erica and Rebecca on what is allowable and IG compatible. So I
would replace the last orange bullet with something like "We await guidance
from NSF on what solutions are possible to implement"
*Q10-Muon: shouldn't the spec for 6.6.4 be "Lifetime radiation tolerance >
50krad"?
*Q12: presumably this is not a complete answer yet?
