Hi Mike,

For Trigger, the compact summary of pre-MREFC activities that were completed post-FDR is:

HTT hardware: TFM, RTM boards tested; TP board completed and tested
HTT firmware: first version of a common framework was prepared (US and international contributions integrated)
Global firmware: completed initial studies for trigger framework and algorithms

A note: the Global firmware pre-MREFC "initial studies" phase was completed for the framework and most algorithms before the MREFC start; the only pre-MREFC activities that crossed the boundary were the completion of the initial studies for the hadronic event reconstruction algorithm.

sMDT - construction of tube and chamber production facilities at both UM and MSU.  Both facilities have now passed site certification and are currently making tubes/chambers.

TDC - first prototype successfully constructed and passed all specifications.  PDR passed.

CSM - Made technology choice.  First prototype successfully constructed and passed all specifications.  PDR passed.

L0MDT - First design and first hardware demonstrator for both service and command module built.  Early versions of firmware, including segment finding algorithm produced.

I would propose to gather a few main bullets (not in excruciating detail) from each of your subsystems for that period and if you send them to me I will compile them in one slide which I can show in my talk and send to George. It would be helpful to have that by COB Monday at the latest (earlier is better).
