Dear L2s,

 

You heard that George Angeli wanted a better (and compact summary) of the pre-MREFC activities that were completed post FDR. I would propose to gather a few main bullets (not in excruciating detail) from each of your subsystems for that period and if you send them to me I will compile them in one slide which I can show in my talk and send to George. It would be helpful to have that by COB Monday at the latest (earlier is better).
