Hi Gustaaf,
On your points.
* the "~9k" is correct for December (decrease of $9,187 from November) and is 
the same as for November (identical decrease of $9,187 from October). So that 
variance should vanish in 4 months or so, and of course start going negative. 
I will resubmit as is.
* I did not yet update those PO costs. On my todo list, will try for today.

6.5.4 looks good and I have approved

6.6.1 and 6.6.3 look good and I have approved

6.8 and 6.8.4 are still missing

6.10.2: thanks, but you have an old sentence in the middle "which is 
reflected in an ~$9k reduction in the cumulative positive variance since last 
month”; I’ve unlocked so you can correct.  BTW, did you make any changes 
there as part of BCP-1057?  Since the cost variance will go away when we set 
S=P=A we’ll want to make sure the new consultant costs are in.
