Hi all,

A number of you have pointed out the difficulty in making an accurate comparison between the MREFC-start and rebaselined cost profiles for your system - thanks for catching this! Since the profile changed (even if only slightly) between the FDR and the MREFC start, we don't have the relevant charts for what the NSF actually distributed.

Our suggestion is that you modify your talks to show only the rebaselined cost and effort profiles. You should quote the total direct L2 system cost from the MREFC start for comparison with the rebaseline, using numbers from the BCP contingency log. But showing the FDR profile could cause confusion/contradiction.

I've updated the L2 talk template in google slides to reflect this change (slides 15,20).
