Hi Hal,
	I guess you meant to write that the CQ are supposed to be aligned with 
the NSF charge and not the DR charge.  That is at least closer to being 
correct (since the CQ format is like 2.a, etc.), though as I mentioned 
the one I checked (for Technical Progress) says 2.a and should 
presumably be 1.a).  In any case, if the CQ do not align with the charge 
the DR panel was given, it will only cause confusion.  If we cannot 
"fix" this tdoay, we should maybe just delete all the CQ boxes on our 
slides?
