Hi all,

Thanks very much to everyone for sending me you NSF IIC updates! I've now incorporated them into a new version of the google sheet. Please have a look and let me know if you spot any problems.

This is still very much a work in progress, and there are a variety of things that we still need to do, some of which I list below. As a reminder: the short-term goal is to present our IIC options at the July M&O scrubbing. On the timescale of September this year, we'll need to use this information as the basis of our request in the next NSF Cooperative Agreement (Apr-2027 - Apr-2032).

A few quick comments on the next steps are given below.

1. General

    a. If you haven't sent them already, I need steady-state operations effort levels and when that transition happens

2. LAr: these estimates are still in flux - Tim and I are working on it.

3. Tile: looks good, but please check for errors.

4. Muon: We need to find options for more non-critical scope here: 7% does not give us enough flexibility.

5. Trigger

    a. I made a first attempt at categorizing the activities in L0Calo and EF Tracking. Comments are welcome.

    b. We need to find more options for non-critical scope in Global.

Please send me comments on these issues by the end of this week. I'm happy to meet by zoom if that would help.
