     NSF-L2-Template: L2 talk template (please use in preparing your talk)
     NSF-L3-Template: L3 talk template (please use in preparing the L3 
talks)

As the NSF ideas about this review are evolving, the above material may 
change, but it should provide a place to get started.

Please distribute the Review Preparation Timeline to your L3s as well.
