Hi Penka,

In the past, we always had level 5.  This is how it looked like before in BOE on page 7.

https://atlas-hllhc.docdb.bnl.gov/0002/000232/017/LArBoE_FE_v17.pdf

I checked a few BOEs from other systems, the tables do look different.  Instead of level 5, they are grouped by Task Group.

Looking at our LAr RLS, we have not defined all the Task Group.  There are many “No AP2 Task Group – Temp”.

So it looks like we have to go back to level 5.

                Hong.

Hi John,

Normally the BOE tables go to Task Group level but in the case of LAr there are many missing task groups so the report just shows <Empty>. I am attaching the report with the task groups. We can also add level 5 if this is something you want. Let me know.

Thanks,

penka

Hi Penka,

Sorry to pester, but any word on these BOE tables?  Do we go ahead with what we have in docdb 840, or are new tables being made?

                Thanks,

                                John

Hi Penka,

We have noticed the LAr BOE tables are much less detailed than

the version we used for PDR.  Is that intentional?  Should we go ahead

and use those tables?  (ie. in docdb 840)

      Thanks,

Hi Tim,

We had the similar problem with the DOE BOE table,

that the level of details is very different from the previous one.

I asked Penka, she acknowledged that it was a mistake.   For DOE IPR,

there was no change in the direct cost since the Directors Review in

May.  The only difference is that they changed the labels of the

column. So we simply change the labels, instead of replacing the table.

I don’t think it is the case for NSF. We should ask

Penka to make the right tables.

tables

Hi John,

I was just putting the new charts in the BOE and checking and

updating numbers, but before I send it to docdb I have one question:

The Cost Estimate table (1 DRFDR_NSF 6.04 L2 LAr BOE Tables 20190625)

in docdb

840 has a lot less detail than before. Is that expected? Or am I

missing it in a different file? thanks.

best, Tim
