	Thanks for posting the nice draft slides.  I give some comments and 
suggestions below.

p. 5 – needs to be updated (eg. “perform system performance tests of 
Analog Testboard and Slice Testboard as soon as available.” Is very 
out-of-date
- add bullet mentioning FEC System Test??

p. 6 – “functionality test” will be performed at Nevis, but you will do 
final performance test, including after integration with L1 trigger (ie. 
with LSB2 boards + LTDB)

p. 7 – “Next one is planned in May 2025”
- “Ramoing up to multiple FEB2 boards in FEC test (so far, 2 FEB2 boards 
tested together)
 - database work has already started, so maybe say “will significantly 
advance in 2025”?

p. 10 – “Verified that power bus noise mitigation strategy implemented 
in FEB2 works”

p. 12 – label the various photos??

- I find pages 12-14 a bit redundant/overlapping; could maybe make more 
clear and consolidate to 2 slides??

p. 15 – change “would be” to “will be”
- reviewers will not understand what “heat transfer plate” is, unless 
you provide some explanation

p. 18 – not clear what “System Integration” line in ext dep table 
means?? Also 50% FEB2 testing in France does not impact you, since you 
only have to do 50% no matter what.  Maybe just delete this table??
        - add LVPS from INFN Milano

p. 20 – “from accessing the FEC test stand”

p. 23  I will probably not update the schedule “cartoon” since it is not 
so useful and anyway would go to backup. I think you can just delete 
this slide.

p. 25 – BCP-123 should not be included on this slide, since it was 
before the previous IPR

p. 26 – simplify to “FEB2 QC tests and delivery to CERN are on Critical Path

p. 27 – move to backup

p. 29 – move realized risks above remaining ones, and re-label them as 
“Partially realized risks” (since you still have them as active in the RR)
 - delete “Custom-designed hardware” and “FEB2 production” sub-bullets, 
since these are not actual risks in RR (they are covered by the External 
Dependency risks

p. 30 – “System integration has suffered some delays due to external 
dependencies (ie. delays in delivery of the various boards). However, 
those challenges hve been overcoming, and it is now progressing well”
- I think you can remove the last bullet.  At this stage, we are no 
longer talking about BOEs, how RLS was developd, etc., but just 
discussing status and performance against plan
