Jerome,

thank you for the summary. And (more importantly) for a substantial
progress on all fronts within "your realm".

Unrelated, perhaps: is it a feature of my mailer

that I always have to guess who actually sent a particular reply?

Cheers,
Alexander.

Dear all,

As I have a conflict today, in stead of our usual 4:30 -> 5:30
by weekly meeting, I suggest we follow up via Email. We have a few
action items ongoing and a few I am not what the status is.

Starting with the ongoing
- Organization
Status : this list is created + Indico agendas at
https://indico.bnl.gov/category/308/
I will create a placeholder for today's (we will not hold
it but the action items will be added as minutes)
Next : A Google based document will be created soon with references
to other related meetings
Reminder: every other week, 4:30 -> 5:30 PM EST is the chose slot

- User registration issues
Document: https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Y2JleLOx1NiPoPI69yW97Onl_Dly4WzfInRGjskM274__;!!P4SdNyxKAPE!SZqnfUK0S4nxYmS5tT4yS1PzepJu870dHuPv6Q410li2-qMEX0FKS2-QxDp_vaRaVw3nVPwMGk8$ Status: should be solved modulo a couple issues discussed offline
- Instructions purely for software/computing folks (project people
have a department code EC)
- Cannot accommodate for multiple POC for now (limitation of
GUV center interface)
- Unless Berndt tells the GUV center that there is such a
thing as an EIC facility (which raise logistic questions
I would like to avoid), the current best option is to say
"SDCC" as it would be what users would use as resources.
* I recommend we agree on the set of instructions now and
modify later (we need to get people going!!)

Note: Will move on testing the registration flow with a guinea
pig ...

- Storage for the EIC / archival
Status : ordered (~ 1 PBytes + 2 tape drives)
Pending: will need to figure out the size of datasets to be pushed
in HPSS (and understand tape purchase mechanics)

- EIC OSG submit host
Status : VM ready, host CERT ready, deploying stack

Opened items
- Invinio RDM / zenodo
Note : There was an additional meeting held with minutes at
https://indico.bnl.gov/event/8396/
Status : An instance is being created for PHENIX's needs. ETA 2 weeks.
EIC requirements would be drafted. A testbed will also
be raised for the EIC (vanilla zenodo + InCommon)

- BNLBox - Kolja's instructions.
What happened there? Are they uploaded?

- CVMFS - we discussed a convention for CVMFS path and software
location. Since I did not hear this was taken as an action item,
I asked Markus to bring it up. Wouter is leading this. Only a
draft

- PhoneBook - what is the status of the EIC PhoneBook update?

Let me know if there is anything else missing, need corrections
and/or anything else that should be discussed.
