        What is custom as features in the EIC version?

        The discussion we had was in two folds:

* suggestions was made to converge toward a single package
  (customizable) as features added to one version is not available
  in another - this way, Maxim could update the EIC one and get all
  the bells and whistles of the most recent version while selecting
  the features the EIC need.

+ the immediate need is to make sure we have the "Send email
  to institution reps" and "send Email to individuals" features
  similar to what exists in the STAR version ...
  We also need the ability to generate member lists (this may
  already there?)

If this is already implemented, we are good (the mass Email features
are needed).
