        Kathy has her constraint and we already discussed at
length the can of worm that a "EIC facility" may raise (i.e.
it is NOT declared by DOE as a user facility - to have it so
requires a lengthy approval process).

Rather than re-addressing this from square 1, we need to either
go with the current solution or get "EIC" listed as a facility
(which I know is what you would like to see but more than just
adding an option in a dropdown) despite DOE's stand. For this
to happen, Benrdt need to speak up and take that responsibility.

To make this move forward, I discussed with Jamie and he will
follow up and bring it to Berndt.
