I attach a draft response to a request for info on our Strategic Software program development request, based on my July 10 talk and the expectation that ops support from the various programs will follow on from this PD investment. Comments appreciated. Of course there's a lot of invention and gross estimation in the numbers, if you think they should be significantly different please let me know. I will turn in the form by the end of the day.
