sPHENIX is a new detector at RHIC.

1) The 2 links in the 'Meeting Materials' tab are broken (at least for me);
2) There is no information regarding who can participate, eg, is it a meeting 
only for US citizens/green card holders or not; if not, do foreign nationals 
need extra paperwork etc... 

I would call these 2 good reasons for the apparent low 
interest/representation ...
