Hi Camelia, sphenix colleagues 
Everyone from a us institution can participate. One doesn’t need to be a 
citizen or a green card holder. Those materials primarily flyers for rhic and 
other accelerators, our ask to congresspeople etc are for us to help guide us 
during our meetings. They will be provided in the coming weeks and folders 
with printed materials to give away on March 30th.  As Rosi pointed out, this 
year is extremely important given BNL is chosen as the eic site so if you 
have additional questions please reach us via our uec Google account.
