Hi sPHENIX,

Let me add to this - we absolutely need about 15 - 20 more RHIC
people, we're at 50% of our usual load.  Ideally we would have a large
NY contingent this year for the EIC, but also for sPHENIX!  We also
need people from other states to explain why people from those states
benefit from a program based in NY.  I understand that with teaching
obligations travel is difficult, so one can send a student/post-doc.
There is some small amount of money that can help with travel costs,
but I really urge people to not let this go by.
