Hi Sevil, Rossi,
since you answered so promptly, some more practical info would be useful. 

Everybody takes care of his/her own travel arrangements or something is 
arranged at RHIC/AGS USer's office level also? 
Are there pre-meetings (before March 30th) envisioned, to somehow ... agree 
on a set of key statements, answers to likely questions, list of discussion 
points, etc? 
What time should people reserve for DC, the whole day, starting what time 
until what time... This is what I was hoping to get an idea from the 
"Meetings Material" links ...
