Nice abstract. I have few suggestions for your consideration:

l#4: is expected to be;
first-order phase transition

l#11: in the second phase of the RHIC beam energy scan

l#12: measurements of v1, v2, and v3 ...

l#13: Here you can consider mentioning the individual energies, instead
of of range 3.0-19.6

l#17:  high baryon density region
