Meeting minutes:

Mechanical structure 
NCKU received two full modules from EASTON. Still see bending with the outer 
structure. EASTON will try to increase number of injection points further to 
see if it helps. 
NCKU Mech Engineering and at AIDC will survey the mechanical structure and 
compare with design drawings
NCKU received Stainless steel cooling tube after leakage test from AIDC that 
can fit into the structures but will check with AIDC to see if they can be 
made better
Yi will discuss with ADIC about making fixtures to glue hybrids onto the 
structure
Yi will send out document soon

Cooling system 
Elke talked to Rahul about bringing MIT engineer (Jason) to BNL, inspecting 
the IST cooling rack, and decide to whether doing it at BNL or shipping to MIT
Han-Sheng/Yi started testing soft tube with NOVEC at NCKU. Te-chuan will pass 
a piece of soft tube to Rahul/Flemming. Need information about the radiation 
hardness of the soft tubes

Hybrids, T-boards, Inner signal cables
Gerard verified the schematics of the new hybrids and v3.0 T-boards. Will 
look into the layout 
Jianing: waiting for Gerard’s verification before placing the PO for new 
hybrids. it will take 3 weeks to get the new hybrids
Mike proposed a few changes to existing v2.1 T-boards to work with prototype 
modules, waiting for Gerard’s verification before making the changes and 
sending the T-boards out for cable assembly 
Mike and Gerard will follow up on production cable choice 

Module assembly at Fermilab 
UIC received design drawings of fixtures and started making them. Got the 
first piece made by the UIC machine shop and will bring it to Fermilab for 
examination with CMM and compare with design drawings.
