Due to the tight timeline, I was going to get quotes for a turnkey production 
- The fab house orders the parts, PCBs, and does the assembly. A 10-day 
turnaround for a small 4-layer board like this isn't uncommon. 

I'm going through the BOM again to make sure the parts are still available, 
I'll attach the document. 

I'd like to make the following changes:
        1. F1, F2 - Originally 0603L025YRHF - Change to 0603L025YR‎
        2. R23 - Originally CRCW0402100RFKEA - Change to CRCW0402100RFKED
        3. U3 - Originally TMP102AID - Change to TMP102AIDRLR

Please let me know your thoughts on these changes.

  I just finished the layout for v3.0 T-board, please find the gerber files 
in the attachment or the following link.

  Since the new year is approaching, I think it will take at least 4~5 weeks 
for production in China after your final approval.
