Attendees: Daniel, Han-Sheng, Jianing, John, Krishan, Maowu, Mike, Rahul,
Te-Chuan, Xu, Yi, Yu, Zhenyu

************************************************************
Follow-up on action items from previous work
************************************************************
1) Provide a detailed document of the procedure and requirements of gluing
hybrids onto MS - Yi/Han-Sheng
-> can only write down the concept at the moment, can not write down the
step-by-step procedure w/o practicing

2) SDU measure hybrid flatness and dimensions - Jianing/Maowu
-> See presentation today

3) New hybrid design for mounting hybrid Plan B - Jianing/Maowu/Yi
-> See presentation today

4) Send Rahul the weights of the disks - Yi
-> Will send Rahul and John densities of the materials so that they can put
in the model (done)

5) Order more connectors for hybrids - Yi
-> have sent the request to sales of agenda for ordering 20 connectors. Will
follow up tomorrow

6) UIC send a T-board and cable to NCKU to check if there is any conflict
with the MS - Zhenyu
-> will do when campus is reopen

7) Studying the tracking performance by varying the Z-locations of FST disks,
and number of r/phi segments - Krishan/Daniel
-> Daniel will give a presentation tomorrow on Z-locations tomorrow
-> Krishan is studying charge-identification and momentum resolution for
varying 20 um and 1mm PV resolution,

************************************************************
Integration - Rahul
************************************************************
-> no major update, but will update the model after studies from Daniel on
Z-locations
-> new designer started working today

************************************************************
Mechanical structures - Yi
************************************************************
-> expect to deliver two MS to UIC in the 1st week of May
-> new assistant will start working at NTU this week for 1-2 weeks, will get
familiar with Labview program to control the machine, study hybrid injection
pattern with plastic films
-> has a contact in place with a company to measure the surface flatness and
being parallel between inner-outer sectors, before and after glueing hybrids
and inner-outer together. The company is design jig for the measurements.
They will use optical gauge machine, but also mechanical gauge machine. The
number of measurement points are under discussion now. Will provide document
and share the info with the group

************************************************************
Hybrid
************************************************************
-> Will contact the company to find out how they will fix the hybrid and
measure its flatness and thickness. May send some hybrids to the company so
that they can give such info.
-> The company will also measure the relative positions of APV pads w.r.t.
reference vias

-> Modified hybrid design by adding extra structures with holes for Plan B of
gluing hybrids onto MS
-> After approval by the group will take 4 weeks for production
-> need to hear Plan B from Yi before moving forward

************************************************************
Action items
************************************************************
1) Document the procedure and requirements of gluing hybrids onto MS for Plan
A at NTU - Yi/Han-Sheng
2) Document the procedure and requirements of gluing hybrids onto MS for Plan
B by AIDC. This is needed before new hybrid production - Yi/Han-Sheng
3) Document on how/where the company would measure the surface flatness and
being parallel between inner-outer sectors, before and after glueing hybrids
and inner-outer sectors together - Yi/Han-Sheng
4) Find out how the company would fix the hybrid and measure its flatness and
thickness - Jianing/Maowu
5) UIC send a T-board and cable to NCKU to check if there is any conflict
with the MS - Zhenyu
6) Studying the tracking performance by varying the Z-locations of FST disks,
and number of r/phi segments - Krishan/Daniel
