Hi Maowu,

Thanks a lot for the detailed information. Pu-Kai is a bit busy on adjusting his code for assembly, and we will provide the measured distances between reference A and B asap.

Cheers,
Yi

Hi Zhenyu and all,

Please find the details of the four hybrids below:
https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/blog/nie/measurements-hybrid

The items of the hybrids include: flatness, thickness, pad location
test, outline test and chip location test.

Generally speaking, the measurements are quite consistent with the CAD
values. But we also find the outer hybrid from the old vendor, the pad
location and chip location have large deviation(~1 mm) from the designed
values. We further asked the company to double check their results, and
they confirmed the measurements was correct.

For the two reference holes A and B, the information can be found below:
Inner: A(0,0) B(68.428, -1.498)  AB = 68.44 mm
Outer: A(0,0) B(117.374, 0.762)  AB = 117.38 mm

Hope it helps,

Thanks,
Maowu & Jianing
