I have some minor comments for your consideration. 

 - The STAR Experiment: is it possible to rearrange the text and picture, like to all text at the top (6 lines) and put the STAR in the bottom, and hope this will make the picture bigger. (Up to you)

 - Charged hadron suppression: could you please add a bullet on each item? Up to you, too. 

 - Event shape engineering: I agree with what Rongrong suggested.

Note on the final two plots: the 2D histogram is on the full (Ru) dataset; the v2 plot is the result of a suggestion from the FCV PWG to demonstrate that q2 has some sensitivity to anisotropy, and I will increase the statistics used, probably with the next draft I send out. As this is v2-obs and not the v2 corrected for event plane resolution, it is not a “physics" plot.
For both plots I know there are labels that need to be added, and beautification to be done, but I will also take care of that in the next iteration.
