I have an additional comment on your title.
with this implemented, I sign off.

for this question, I think the dissociation, regeneration and cold
nuclear matter effects are the main effects.
the dissociation include static and dynamic dissociation. maybe I only
mention the dynamic dissociation in the
abstract, I will modify it.

(Is there any other effects that you missed to mention here? It sounds

RHIC can shed …" -> "…that of J/ψ. The suppression of J/ψ and ψ(2S)
yield at RHIC can shed light …"
