Hi Ondrej, 

In addition to Nihar’s comments, I have a couple of comments on motivating the studies you mention in the third paragraph: 

Nuclear modification factors and radial profiles are mentioned there for the first time. They should be mentioned somewhere in the previous paragraph, and given proper motivation. 

The first paragraph should make some reference to heavy quarks, since the D0 meson tagging mentioned in the third paragraph isn’t currently explicitly motivated.
